Stereolithography(SLA)
Stereolithography (SLA) is one of the widely used industrial additive printing processes used to create conceptual models, cosmetic prototypes, and parts with complex geometries quickly. A large variety of materials with quality surface finish and resolution is possible with SLA.
How Does SLA 3D Printing Work?
SLA is an additive manufacturing process that uses UV lasers to cure liquid resin layer by layer. After printing, parts are cleaned, support structures are removed, and components undergo post-processing for full solidification.
We use industry-leading SLA machines like the EP-A650 and Soonser Smart 400H to deliver high-quality prototypes.
SLA Process Highlights:
- Parts with uniform dimensions with complex geometries.
- Smooth surface finishes, ideal for visual prototypes.
- Build Volume 650 x 600 x 400 mm
