Powering the Next Generation of Indian Motorsport

At Objectify Technologies, we believe the engineers building India’s Formula Student cars today are the same minds who will design our aerospace, defence, and EV platforms tomorrow. It’s time we backed them with the same technology we deliver to ISRO, HAL, IAI, and JSW.
We’re proud to announce the Objectify FSAE Sponsorship Programme 2026—supporting Indian Formula Student teams across both Combustion (IC) and Electric Vehicle (EV) categories with production-grade additive manufacturing

Judging Rubric
Applications will be evaluated out of 100 points based on:
| Criterion | Weight | What we’re looking for |
| Technical merit of proposed parts | 30 | Genuine DFAM thinking — parts that should be 3D-printed, not retrofitted. Topology optimisation, lattice structures, part consolidation, conformal cooling, complex geometries that justify AM cost. |
| Team track record & capability | 20 | Past competition results, design report scores, technical inspection pass rates, year-on-year improvement. New teams welcome but must show seriousness. |
| Engineering documentation quality | 15 | Clarity of CAD, calculations, FEA, material selection logic, design intent. Sloppy submissions tell us how the project will run. |
| Branding & marketing value to Objectify | 15 | Visibility of branding on car, team’s social media reach, institution profile, expected event footfall, willingness to co-create content. |
| Diversity of AM use | 10 | Bonus for teams proposing both metal and polymer parts — we want to showcase the full Objectify capability. |
| Innovation & ambition | 10 | Are they trying something the rest of the grid isn’t? Novel materials, novel processes, novel geometries. |
Selection Process
Stage 1 — Application Review
Objectify’s engineering panel reviews all submissions.
Stage 2 — Technical Interview
Shortlisted teams present their proposal during a 30-minute technical discussion.
Stage 3 — Final Selection
Top 3 teams are announced publicly through Objectify channels.
Stage 4 — Onboarding
Sponsored teams complete onboarding, production scheduling, and design freeze planning.
Sponsorship Cap & Conditions
-
- ₹1,00,000 cap per team is calculated at Objectify’s published commercial rate card (machine hour + material + post-processing + inspection)
- Parts will be delivered in two batches if needed (prototype + final) within the team’s design freeze and competition timeline
- Standard post-processing included; advanced heat treatment, or third-party machining will be charged at cost
- IP of all designs remains with the team; Objectify retains rights only for marketing imagery
